Stack of pulsing placeholder bars with varied widths, for loading list/table rows.
SkeletonRow renders a configurable number of animated placeholder bars with
slightly varied widths, so a loading list reads as text rather than a row of
identical blocks. Use it where a list, table body, or feed is still fetching
data — swap it in for the real content and swap it out once data arrives.
